Quantity Surveyor – Civil, Structural

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and project budgets for CSA works.
• Manage the tendering process, including bid evaluation and supplier/contractor negotiations.
• Administer contracts, assess variations, and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project expenditures and prepare regular cost reports and financial forecasts.
• Review, validate, and certify progress billings and on-site accomplishments.

Job Qualifications:
•Licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least one (1) year of experience as a Project Engineer.
• Experience in building construction.
• Strong interest in a Quantity Surveyor position.
• Knowledgeable in civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site in MOA, Pasay.
