Job Summary

The Quantity Surveyor - MEPF is responsible for performing accurate measurements of construction works done for the purpose of billings and claims of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the field
• Prior work experience functioning as a Quantity Surveyor during the construction implementation phase of projects
• Proven experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and preparation of BOQs for MEPF systems
• Knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) works
• Experienced in processing variation orders, progress billings, and claims related to MEPF scope
• Willing to be assigned in any construction site location in the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
