Quantity Surveyor cum Site Coordinator

Sunscreen Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Quantity Surveyor as works similar as Sales Support with handling sub-contractor job.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare submission of tender documents, review, and negotiable
• Ability to prepare quotations for our company own product to main-con/ direct owner
• Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
• Technical drawing, final check and submission
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner submission
• Assist to manage Director's client / company direct client

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Architectural, Building Construction, Landscaping Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity, preferably within the industry (construction sub-con)
