We seek an experienced Quantity Surveyor with expertise in Civil works to manage costs and financial aspects across all project disciplines, ensuring delivery within budget and to required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for civil works
• Monitor project costs and provide financial forecasts and reports
• Review and negotiate subcontractor/supplier contracts
• Assess value engineering and cost-effective solutions
• Process contract variations and maintain financial documentation
• Conduct site inspections to verify quantities and compliance
• Collaborate with project teams on cost management and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree* in Quantity Surveying or Engineering (Civil)
