This role involves cost estimation, budgeting, procurement support, and contract administration to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within approved budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Estimation & Budgeting
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for projects.
Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis based on drawings and specifications.
Develop and monitor project cost plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide accurate financial forecasts and budget updates.
Contract Administration
