Quantity Surveyor- Electrical

Key Responsibilities

• Review electrical and electronic plans, specifications, and quantity requirements for projects.
• Prepare budgetary, construction, and maintenance cost estimates for electrical works.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and tender reports.
• Track project costs and monitor expenditures against approved budgets.
• Assess and certify progress claims from electrical contractors.
• Monitor and control variations or change orders related to electrical works.
• Ensure electrical installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Assist in inspections and testing during project handover.

Job Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of pre-contract quantity surveying experience, preferably in the real estate industry. <...
