Quantity Surveyor Engineer

Job Summary

The Quantity Surveyor Engineer (CSA) is responsible for cost planning, quantity take-off, budgeting, and cost control of civil, structural, and architectural works. The role ensures projects are delivered within budget while complying with plans, specifications, and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred but not required, depending on company)
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in quantity surveying for CSA works
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
