Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Description

The Quantity Surveyor / Estimator will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.

• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Perform risk analysis
• Prepare and analyze cost estimates
• Monitor project progress and costs
• Advise on procurement strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant software
