Role Overview

The Quantity Surveyor is not just responsible for material calculation.

This role protects company margins and ensures financial control of every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ and detailed cost estimation
• Control project budget and cost tracking
• Manage Variation Orders with proper documentation
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure purchasing aligns with project timeline
• Support Project Manager in financial monitoring
• Analyze cost efficiency opportunities
