Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Graduate)

Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare detailed cost estimations.

Contribute to the preparation of new project tenders.

Manage material order processing, implement cost control measures, and evaluate vendor claims.

Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to consultants.

Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors.

Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks to ensure project success.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

Familiar with Glodon Software , AutoCAD , Microsoft Office , etc.

Mandarin proficiency is essential for this role due to our company's Chinese-language internal systems.
