Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and cost estimates from architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, cash‑flow forecasts, and financial reports.
• Evaluate and process contractor progress payments, claims, and supporting documentation, including rate analysis.
• Analyze variations and change orders, and negotiate with subcontractors.
• Prepare final accounts and project close‑out documentation.
• Perform value engineering to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 6–8 years of experience for B.E graduates; 10–15 years for Diploma/B‑Tech holders.
• Advanced proficiency in PlanSwift for cost estimation.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
