Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor protects the companys reputational contractual and commercial interests whilst lowering project costs bases and increasing the revenue stream. The incumbent acts in liaison with various project stakeholders to safeguard the companys interests, advises on cost and contractual arrangements and prepares contract documents. The QS ensures statutory compliance and that company procedures are being adhered to.
