Quantity Surveyor – Gujranwala (On-Site)

ArchiEstimates LLC is a cost estimation firm providing accurate, timely, and budget-friendly cost estimation services for construction projects.

Role:

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor in Gujranwala. Responsibilities include cost control, BOQ preparation, cost planning, cost management, and cost reporting.

Location Requirement:

Applicants must be based in Gujranwala or willing to relocate. Please do not apply if this and below requirement cannot be met.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday | 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Experience in cost control, BOQ preparation, and cost reporting
• Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities
