Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Construction (Nordics)
A leading international contractor is delivering some of the largest data centre construction projects in Europe and is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors/Cost Managers to join commercial teams across Norway and Finland. This role will support the commercial management of complex, high-value projects from early stages through to final account.
Responsibilities
Manage commercial and cost control activities across large-scale data centre construction packages.
Prepare and maintain cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
Administer subcontractor accounts, including valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Assess and manage change events, variations, and claims in line with contractual requirements.
Support procurement and tender processes from a commercial perspective.
Collaborate closely with project management, planning, and procurement teams to manage cost, risk, and programme impacts.<...
