Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Construction (Nordics)

A leading international contractor is delivering some of the largest data centre construction projects in Europe and is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors/Cost Managers to join commercial teams across Norway and Finland. This role will support the commercial management of complex, high-value projects from early stages through to final account.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and cost control activities across large-scale data centre construction packages.
• Prepare and maintain cost plans, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Administer subcontractor accounts, including valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Assess and manage change events, variations, and claims in line with contractual requirements.
