Responsibilities

• Review and understand project contract documentation.
• Prepare and analyse supplier and sub‑contractor enquiries.
• Prepare and issue contract documents to the supply chain.
• Monitor changes in scope and pricing of variations.
• Prepare and agree monthly progress applications.
• Control financial and contractual aspects of sub‑contractor accounts.
• Issue contractual notices and evaluate loss/acceleration claims.
• Provide fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates.
• Prepare monthly commercial project reports.
• Provide data and analysis of issues & risks as required by management.
• Manage and forecast project cash flows.
• Liaise with client, main contractor and other departments.
• All other duties associated with this role.
