Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction packages.
• Verify EPCOM Contractor's progress billings and variation claims in line with contract terms.
• Support contract administration and project controls in validating cost changes and forecasts.
• Conduct on-site quantity verification to ensure work aligns with approved plans.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analyses, and forecasts for management review.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Procurement teams for material cost evaluations.
• Assist in progress billing reports, cost reconciliation, and value engineering reviews.
• Maintain accurate cost databases, records, and contract documentation.

Qualifications:
