About The Role
Designation / Position : QS & SQS Civil – Global Measurement CentreJob Location(s) : Dwarka-DelhiWork Experience : 5-15 YearsRequirement - International Pre-contract work experienceQuantity Take-off and Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities as per International standards.
Familiar with International code of measurement like SMM7, NRM, CESMM4, POMI.
Proficiency in working with AutoCAD, MS Excel and related software.
Prior working experience on CATO, Cost X, Revit & Navisworks would be added advantage.
Good technical writing and communication skills.
Should have experience in QS activities for residential and commercial project.
Well conversant with detailed specification of items as per drawings
Skills to work as part of team.
