Quantity Surveyor

Antara Koh (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial management of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents for construction projects
• Monitoring and controlling project costs, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost reporting
• Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts
• Providing advice and support to project managers on financial and contractual matters
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Assisting in the preparation of progress claims and final accounts
• Identifying cost‑saving opportunities and implementing value engineering initiatives
