What you'll be doing

• Preparing and analyzing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects
• Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Monitoring and controlling project costs, budgets, and expenditures to ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Providing expert advice and support to project managers and other team members on contractual and commercial matters
