About the Role

We are a dynamic MEP contracting company based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, specializing in high-quality HVAC systems projects. As our project pipeline grows across the region, we are looking for a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and keep our commercial operations running smoothly.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience as a QS, with a solid focus on MEP/HVAC projects.
• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
• Sharp analytical skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
