TY VENTURE CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Johor Bahru District, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Monitoring project costs and control budgets
• Negotiating and administering contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Quantifying and valuing variations, claims and final accounts
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards and company policies
• Providing cost advice and support to project teams throughout the construction process
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of quantity surveying practices within the organisation

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
