Job Scope

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for interior fit-out projects
• Measure quantities and prepare quotations / BQ
• Handle subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims
• Assist in cost control and final accounts
• Coordinate with project team and site staff

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction / Building
• Experience in interior design or fit-out works preferred
• Able to read drawings and take measurements
• Knowledge of interior materials and finishes is an advantage
• Basic computer skills (Excel, costing software)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (if applicable)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
