Wee-Built Pte Ltd, a leading construction company in the Kampong Ubi Central Region, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is responsible for providing strategic cost management expertise to support the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Analyzing drawings, specifications, and other project documents to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts
• Monitoring and reporting on project costs to ensure adherence to budgets
• Supporting the tendering process by providing accurate cost information
• Identifying and managing project risks to minimize financial impact
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of projects within budget
