Quantity Surveyor – Kent – Residential
Salary: up to £55,000 plus package

My client, a residential developer based in Kent, specialises in traditional new build residential houses and apartments, exceeding £400m annually.
They are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in new build residential developments and overseeing various packages, including subcontract packages and more.
The ideal candidate would have 5+ years’ experience with a UK residential developer on a permanent basis, working on residential new build projects up to £100m+ from inception to completion.
In return, my client can offer a competitive salary up to £55,000 plus a package and career progression within the company.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying is essential.
- RICS membership is desirable but not essential.
- CIOB membership is desirable but not essential.
