About the role

This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor position with Bukit Buloh Premix Sdn Bhd, located in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the construction industry, providing cost management expertise and ensuring projects are completed within budget.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
2. Evaluating tenders and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
3. Monitoring project costs and ensuring adherence to budgets
4. Providing advice on contractual and commercial matters
5. Preparing progress reports and maintaining accurate financial records
6. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders
7. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing value engineering initiatives
