We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Budi Pelangi sdn bhd, a leading construction company based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness and profitability.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
2. Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
3. Monitoring project budgets and costs, identifying potential savings and cost overruns
4. Preparing progress reports and financial statements for project stakeholders
5. Providing technical and financial advice to project managers and other team members
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies
