About the Role

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. If you're experienced, detail-oriented, and can handle claims, contracts, and cost control — we want to hear from you You'll also be working closely with our China partners, so Chinese communication is a bonus.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take-off quantities and prepare cost estimates
• Handle monthly claims and progress payments
• Manage variation orders (VO) and final accounts
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors on pricing and contracts
• Monitor costs and support project budgeting
• Make sure work follows contract terms and industry standards
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and consultants
• Communicate with China team when needed
