Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (In-House)
Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
Job Summary
We are seeking an In-House Quantity Surveyor to join our construction company,to manage the company's commercial and cost control functions across building and civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for tender pricing, quantity take-offs, remeasurement, progress claims, variations, and financial reporting, with a strong focus on protecting project margins and achieving monthly financial targets.
This role works closely with site teams, procurement, and management to ensure projects are delivered within budget, claims are maximized fairly, and costs are monitored proactively throughout the project lifecycle.
