Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking for a Quantity Surveyor with at least 2-3 years experienced to join our team at Perunding Kos Kinabalu. This full-time role is based in Lintas Square, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

What you'll be doing

1. Taking off and preparation of Bills of Quantities
2. Preparation of Tender Documents
3. Preparation of detailed costing, tender estimates, etc.
4. Post-contract supervision & monitoring
5. Preparation of Interim Valuation, Variation Order and Final Account
6. Attend site meeting
7. Liaising with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
8. Ad-Hoc tasks

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
