Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a high-profile data centre project based in Finland. This is a long-term contract role running until July 2027, offering the chance to work on one of the most technically advanced infrastructure builds in Europe.
Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on data centre or mission-critical projects

Strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) or Civil Engineering

Ability to manage cost planning, procurement, and contract administration

Familiarity with international construction standards and practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Willingness to be based in Finland for the duration of the contract
