Quantity Surveyor

Job Overview

Function as the project assistant quantity surveyor and be able to work with Directors, Associate Directors and other Quantity Surveyors in delivering professional pre and post QS services.

Provide support to the Associate Director and/or Director in cost management of projects, including but not limited to the following main tasks.

• Measurement (taking off quantities) for all structural and architectural elements
• Pre-contract cost estimation, cost planning, pretender estimation
• Tender documentation and contract documentation
• Post contract variation cost evaluation
• Post contract variation assessment
• Finalization of project final accounts

Work collaboratively with other Quantity Surveyors to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects.
