Job Description
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Monitoring and controlling project costs, including forecasting, reporting and variance analysis
- Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
- Providing expert advice on contractual and commercial matters to project teams.
- Preparing progress claims, valuations and final accounts.
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with managers, engineers and the project team to ensure successful of the project delivery.
- Involved in site supervision duties, including monitoring work progress, coordinating site activities, and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
