Job Description

• Construction Cost Estimation:
  Prepare monthly construction cost estimates and detailed cost breakdown reports to support management in budget planning and control.
• Preparation of BOQ and Payment Documents:
  Compile monthly Bills of Quantities (BOQ), measurement sheets, interim payment applications (IPA), and interim payment certificates (IPC).
• Project Final Account:
  Responsible for the final account settlement and comprehensive financial closing of construction projects in Malaysia.

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or related architectural/construction disciplines
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required. Candidates must also be fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to support effective communication in a multilingual working environment.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
