Quantity Surveyor

We are a well-established construction company specialized in R&D and sewerage works for township developments. You will be working on projects for acclaimed clients such as SP Setia, Eco World and Sime Darby.

Responsibilities

• To coordinate with client, consultants and sub-contractors on all contractual matters in relation to construction projects.
• To manage sub-contractor account, prepare claims, check and verify all invoices and claims.
• To prepare monthly progress claim and finalizes variation claims and final accounts with client.
• Assist Contract Manage with administrative works.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Excel, Word.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
