Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

• Responsible for overall QS operation include taking off quantities, BQ & materials, tendering & cost analysis
• Responsible for claims and cost management and able to prepare progress claim, final account, valuation of contract works
• Responsible for overall project contract administration and co-ordination
• Liaise with consultants, main contractor and sub-contractor
• To undertake any or all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree relevant certifications in QS.
· Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
