Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Prepare interim payment claims and valuations
• Measure works based on drawings and BQ
• Prepare variation orders, claims, and final accounts
• Monitor project cost and budget
• Liaise with site team and JKR on contract matters

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction projects
• Familiar with JKR BQ, measurement, and claims
• CPM / Microsoft Project knowledge is mandatory
• Willing to be site-based in Pulau Tioman
