Quantity Surveyor

A Quantity Surveyor Engineer ensures construction projects are delivered cost-effectively, on time, and to quality standards by managing budgets, contracts, and resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• With Knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations, and standards
• Proficiency in cost estimation and cost management techniques
• Familiarity with service guidelines such as theNational Building Code (NBC) ,ANSI/ASHRAE for HVAC, andLEED for green buildings
• Knowledge of contract administration and legal aspects of construction projects
• Understanding of general contracting, design-build, package contracting, value-based projects, loading margins, and lump sum contracts in commercial fit-out, residential, hotel, or retail projects
