Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to independently manage site-based quantity surveying and inspection activities related to Civil, Electrical and mechanical works. The role requires strong technical expertise, accuracy in measurements, and close coordination with contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site supervision and inspection of water supply schemes, sewerage systems, drainage networks, and Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify the quality and suitability of construction materials including pipes, pumps, turbines, concrete, steel, and mechanical components to ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards.
• Maintain accurate Measurement Books (MB) and perform detailed quantity surveying for contractor bill verification and payment certification.
