Title: Quantity Surveyor (Renewables/ Decarb Schemes)
Location: London
Salary: £55k - £70k (DOE)
Position Overview Following the successful acquisition of several major long-term frameworks and high-value private contracts, we are seeking a highly motivated and professionally rigorous Quantity Surveyor to join our London team.
This role is pivotal to our commercial strategy, overseeing the financial health of complex Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installations. You will operate at the intersection of traditional surveying and specialized renewable engineering, ensuring that our transition to Net Zero remains commercially sustainable and operationally efficient.

Execute full budgetary control over a portfolio of renewable projects, from initial feasibility and cost-planning through to final accounts.
