An opportunity to work for one of the world's leading offshore wind developer, based in their office in central London.



The right candidate will be a seasoned Quantity Surveyor, with strong experience in contract management , having worked on large scale offshore wind or energy projects.



Brief Description



This job requires extensive knowledge of contract changes management & claim management in FIDIC, BIMCO and LOGIC based contracts.



The major responsibilities are:

Monitor and report package budget, control costs, and process contractor payments, including SAP operations.

Manage contracts proactively to ensure alignment with project scope, budget, and obligations.

Handle variation requests, enforce contractual changes, and draft related correspondence.

Prepare dispute readiness documentation and advise on commercial/contractual issues.
