Quantity Surveyor - LSS5

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets & BOQs for Solar and EPCC/M&E works
• Handle progress claims, variation orders & final accounts
• Monitor project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors & suppliers
• Support contract administration and commercial documentation

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in QS or equivalent
• Good communication skills, Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
• Min 03 years relevant experience in QS, preferably with Solar - EPCC or M&E background
• Strong cost control and coordination with minimum supervision
