DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
· Conduct site surveys to be able to get actual measurements in preparation for quantity take off
· Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
