• Thoroughly examine and review tender documents for any inconsistencies, additional BOQ items, or scope adjustments, and incorporate them into the tender offer. Communicate with consultants to address any ambiguities in the contract work scope and seek necessary clarifications.
• Evaluate and compare quotations received during the bidding stage.
• Analyze and recommend subcontract payments based on real-time progress assessments, valuing completed work, and forwarding payment requests to the finance department.
• Validate and review site requisitions, ensuring alignment with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
• Prepare, negotiate, and submit contract variations, additional work requests, snag reports, and maintenance orders.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and assess their implications on project execution.
