Quantity Surveyor

Job Qualifications:

• With a bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
• At minimum 3 years' pro-active experience in procurement processes
• With hands-on knowledge of, and experience with bid documentations, procedures, quantity take off and price estimate
• Good & effective English communication skills both verbal & written
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office & Planswift
• Hands-on knowledge of ISO quality standards, Safety rules & regulation and QA/QC standards, National Building Code of the Philippines

1. Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and services, ensuring alignment with approved budgets, technical specifications, and project timelines.
2. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material requisitions to support accurate sourcing and purchasing decisions.
