Quantity Surveyor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handle and manage tender processes, ensuring compliance with project and organizational requirements.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project plans and specifications.
• Conduct bid evaluations and prepare comprehensive bid tabulations.
• Negotiate with subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
• Prepare award reports and recommendations for management approval.
• Conduct final clarification meetings with bidders and subcontractors as needed.
• Evaluate and reconcile subcontractor billings to ensure accuracy and alignment with contract terms.
• Prepare payment certificates for subcontractor works and project progress.
• Prepare milestone billing documentation for ongoing projects.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites from time to time to support field operations and coordination.
