Quantity Surveyor

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

1. Bachelor's degree graduate in Civil Engineering
2. Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
3. With at least 5 years hands-on knowledge of, and experience with bid documentations, procedures, and procurement
4. Good & effective English communication skills both verbal & written
5. Fully conversant with Microsoft Office & Planswift
6. Sound familiarity with the Building Code of the Philippines
7. Knowledge of ISO quality standards, construction safety rules & regulation, and QA/QC standards is an edge

WHAT THE MINIMUM TASKS ARE:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, budgetary estimates, and cost analyses for structural, architectural, and civil works.
• Manage procurement and tender activities, including sourcing quotations, bid evaluation, cost comparison, and supplier/subcontractor negotiations.
