Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibility

• Commit to the project schedule upon receiving the award of the particular projects for the whole functions of contract department from budgeting, sourcing, finalizing the supplier & contractors pricing, executing all the needed procurement, ensure deliveries on time & quality control.
• To advise suitable and effective strategies, skills and method in tender pricing
• Prepare pre project budget and tender documentations
• Monitor all contractual record with clients and suppliers are compliant as to protect the company interest at all times
• Source, negotiate and co-ordinate between suppliers, sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendors
• Train & lead a team of subordinates in completing the task assigned by the Management or BOD
• Commit to zero mistake on all costing and submit the tender as per the time specified by the client/consultant or BO.
