Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bukit Raja for a Quantity Surveying (QS) Executive focusing on post-contract functions. The QS Executive will be responsible for preparing, managing, and monitoring detailed cost estimates, tracking project expenditures, and evaluating subcontractor claims. Additional responsibilities include verifying contractor progress claims, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and preparing final project accounts. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track project budgeting and expenditure.
• Prepare project costing, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and final accounts for clients and subcontractors.
