Job Description

Responsibilities:
Liaise with HQ Contracts & Solutions teams to develop strategies and processes to mitigate risk
Involved in tender and pre-contract process, contract administration and claims
Liaise with consultants to establish client requirements and prepare tender submissions
Evaluate and review tender drawings for discrepancies and quantity take-offs, prepare bills of quantities, source and select sub-contractors
Compile and evaluate quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers according to tender requirements
Allocate work to sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring prompt and quality delivery according to contractual obligations
Analyse, track and monitor expenses and project costs to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and successful project delivery
Manage and evaluate variation request order, assess and obtain approval for associated variation costs
